TEA WITH SAGE

7 - 8 leaves of Sage
40 cl of water
METHOD:
Put a few leaves of sage infused in boiling water for five / ten minutes and sweeten to taste
SAGE:
Sage is an aromatic robust and vigorous plant that does not require too much care. This herb grows naturally in the Mediterranean areas where it is often used in the kitchen for its strong flavor and taste. With its dried leaves it can be prepared digestive infusions that are used to relieve sore throats. The name comes from the latin "Salvus" that means "Healthy".
