Echeveria lilacina, perfect succulent in silver dress
Among the most elegant succulents belonging to the genus crassulaceae, there is the Echeveria lilacina. It is also dubbed "Echeveria Ghost" for its particular color, tending towards blue / violet / whitish, which recalls that of the ghosts. The arrangement of the leaves is, as in all echeveries, a rosette starting from the center, with stems that when they grow branch out producing new plants. The flowers usually appear in summer and are campanulati red and yellow. Refined and at the same time perfect in proportions, this echeveria will surely satisfy lovers of succulents but also those who have just ventured into the world of succulents and are not particularly familiar with it, thanks to its simple cultivation needs: it requires full sun exposure or however very bright, little water (be careful not to wet the leaves directly because the stagnations inside them could make them rot), about once a week, and shelter in case of very cold temperatures. The soil of this Echeveria must be very well drained and rich in organic matter. It is possible to fertilize it at the beginning of the vegetative growth, with a specific fertilizer for succulent plants or cacti. Following these simple directions, the Echeveria lilacina will shine to the maximum!
Echeveria lilacina is also called "Echeveria ghost" due to its blue / whitish appearance.
