Rhipsalis heteroclada, the anti-stress cactacea!

The Rhipsalis are considered epiphytes, or plants that grow on other plants while not directly taking nourishment (in fact they feed on rainwater).
The twigs of the Rhipsalis create a delicious bush that looks like a herbaceous plant, even if it is in all respects a cactacea: its beauty is just that!
The cultivation of these succulents is simple: the ideal temperature is between 10 and 30 ° C and the more the environment is dry the more the heteroclada rhipsalis find a similar environment that of spontaneous growth. They need little water: in spring-summer they are watered only once a week, in winter every 15 days or even once a month depending on the climate in which they are placed.
The soil for rhipsalis must be well draining and rich in organic substances. It can be fertilized during the vegetative period with fertilizer suitable for cacti.
