The Areca Lutescens, also known as Areca Bourbonica, are among the best known palms and in nature they also reach several meters of height, while in pot they remain under the meter.
They are made up of small leaves rigid stalks that increase slightly in diameter with growth. In nature they flourish lavishly while in pot it is rare. If grown indoors they thrive very well.
They also belong to the so-called Healthy plants, which have the power to purify the air.

The Areca Dypsis Lutescens like bright areas but not in direct sunlight, which could turn yellow and dry the leaves. It is necessary to protect it from dry heat, being a typical plant of tropical areas.
