Calathea Sanderiana, plant with shabby leaves!

The calathea sanderiana, like all plants in the marantaceae family, has large leaves with fantasies worthy of a WOW !! It is a plant that has purple leaves on the lower side, and white streaks parallel to the upper one. It is characterized first and foremost by its elegance and versatility as it is apt for all the furnishings, then the vase will make the difference! As with most variegated plants, the calathea needs light, however, direct sunlight can make the color of the streaks fade. It resists even in places with little light but certainly loses its brilliance and color. The calathea needs an always damp but not wet soil, better small but frequent dosages. The temperature in which it can live is from 18 ° to 25 ° although it can withstand up to 15 °. the important thing is that it is not subject to cold drafts. Clean the leaves from the dust from time to time with a damp cloth.
