Sansevieria silver flame: how to take care
Exposure and brightness: As far as irrigation is concerned, it is sufficient to water it only once a week, making sure, between one administration and another, to check that the soil is completely dry. Its fleshy leaves in fact have sufficient water reserves, even for several days, therefore, you do not need an excessive amount of water, otherwise you risk causing the plant's roots to rot. In winter it may be necessary to water the Sansevieria even once a month.
Irrigation: The Sansevieria silver flame prefers very bright environments, as long as it is not exposed to direct sunlight; it does not fear heat or high temperatures. On the contrary, it suffers from cold and frost; therefore, in winter it must be protected from low temperatures, taking care not to expose it to environments below 10 degrees.
Fertilization: Fertilize once a month only in spring with a specific liquid product for succulents. Choose a fertilizer rich in nitrogen, because it favors the development of the green parts, and of microelements.
N.B. The specifications described above may vary depending on the climate of the area in which the plant is placed and the season. .
